Diesen Sonntag steht auf PokerStars das Finale der Spring Championship of Online Poker an und zum Abschluss stehen – wie immer – die Turniere mit den höchsten Garantien auf dem Programm.
Aber zunächst ein kurzer Blick zurück: Gestern konnte Christopher Frank alias lissi stinkt den Thursday-Thrill in der SCOOP-Edition gewinnen. Das ist ein Super-Knockout-Turnier mit einem Buy-In von $1.050. Diesmal kamen 1.583 Spieler zusammen und entsprechend lagen über anderthalb Millionen Dollar im Preispool. Im Heads-Up setzte sich Frank nach einem Deal gegen den Briten Lee "BWFCLEE" Taylor durch und kassierte inklusive Bounties über 150.000 Dollar.
Ebenfalls erfolgreich waren Mike "SirWatts" Watson (beim PLO/8-High-Event) und Luke "lb6121" Schwartz (beim NLH-Zoom-Mid-Event). Für beide war es bereits der zweite Sieg bei der diesjährigen SCOOP.

10 Millionen garantiert zum heutigen Finale
Neun Turniere stehen heute noch an und in diesen Turniere sind zusammen über 10 Millionen Dollar garantiert. 7 Millionen entfallen allein auf das Main-Event (in drei Preisklassen). Bislang waren die Garantien bei PokerStars immer sehr konservativ kalkuliert, so dass man davon ausgehen darf, dass die tatsächlichen Preisgelder ein gutes Stück übertroffen werden.
Bis auf das Turbo-Abschluss-Turnier, sind alle Final-Events der SCOOP auf zwei Tage ausgelegt, werden also erst am Montag entschieden.
