Die deutschen Spieler lieferten bei den gestrigen großen Turnieren auf PokerStars und Full Tilt eher bescheidene Ergebnisse und schafften es kaum an die Final-Tische.
Platz 26, 8, 15 und 8 waren die besten Platzierungen beim Warm-Up, der Sunday Million, dem Sunday 500 und dem FT 350k.
“FT 350k”? Full Tilt hat die Garantiesumme des großen Sonntagsturniers auf 350.000 Dollar gesenkt um dem Fakt Rechnung zu tragen, dass das Turnier kein Multi-Entry-Turnier mehr ist, sondern ein Re-Entry-Turnier. Das heißt, man kann sich in der Late-Reg-Phase nach einem Bust neu einkaufen, aber nicht mit mehreren Entries parallel spielen.
Bei der Sunday-Million auf PokerStars versuchten sich die letzten 7 Spieler auf einen Deal zu einigen und die Verhandlungen kamen mit einem gewissen Unterhaltungspotential daher. Einer der Shortstacks wollte sich zunächst, ohne überhaupt Chipcount- oder ICM-Zahlen zu kennen, mit 50k zufrieden geben, der nächste Shortstack mit einem ähnlichen Stack war nicht gewillt, sich auf 70k einzulassen und man konnte sich nicht einigen, wer wem jetzt wie viel geben solle. Die Erklärungen “I’m a pro”, “So am I” halfen den Verhandlungen auch nicht weiter.
Am Ende wurde weitergespielt und der dänische Spieler DieselBossen war Leidtragender des ausgeschlagenen Deals, denn er schied auf Platz 7 aus und erhielt rund $30k weniger, als er beim Deal erhalten hätte. Zu sechs gelang es den Spielern dann aber immerhin, einen Deal auszuhandeln. Das Protokoll der Deal-Verhandlungen haben wir unten angefügt.
